Organisations
Mona has a range of skills and uses these to support organizations. This can be supporting individuals, as well as managing or supporting organizational change, and wellbeing projects. Everything is offered globally, and remotely.
Wellbeing projects
As a graduate of psychology, a coach, and much experience using counselling skills Mona offers the ability to manage or support organizational wellbeing projects, or mental health support schemes. This can include developing a strategic wellbeing plan, as well as projects designed to support staff, or groups of individuals.
Mona’s experience includes developing peer support for staff, students, and specific community groups. She has also supported a remote listening service and worked with non-medical helper supporting students in formal learning settings.
Training and Workshops
Mona has delivered a range of training programmes across her career. This includes Listening Skills, Delivering Support Remotely, and the Importance of HR Processes to Organizational Success. Workshops on employability skills include Communication, Wellbeing, Interview tips, and CV writing.
She has also worked with universities to develop content for widening participation teams, and Careers and Employability departments.
Coaching and Mediation
Coaching is a technique used to guide and support individuals making decisions about their life and/or career. It can be used by those at any level, and for a variety of reasons. This includes trying to take the next career step, identifying how to change career, and as part of outplacement support from someone leaving an organization through redundancy.
Mediation is a process where a neutral and independent facilitator supports the resolution of a dispute between 2 or more parties. Using an external facilitator like Mona can help those involved express their concerns, and find ways to resolve the dispute.
HR Projects
Mona is an experienced HR Director and offers HR project support. She can lead a project, or offer support to a HR team delivering an ambitious HR strategy. Projects can be anything from managing staff engagement projects, reviewing policies, or supporting a change programme.
